What is free, and what costs €14?
You can generate and preview a custom heart for free, subject to generation limits. €14 buys the custom GPX and printable poster, with no subscription. Existing gallery routes are a separate €7.99 option.
Do I have to run?
You can walk it. Choose 3, 5, 7 or 10 km; the final distance depends on the local streets. Inspect the route and check access and conditions before you go.
How do I follow the route?
Import the GPX into Garmin Connect or a compatible navigation app. Apple Watch needs an app such as WorkOutDoors. Navigation features depend on your device and app. Record the outing to share the heart on Strava.
When will I receive my heart?
Ready hearts are delivered after payment. If yours needs a manual check, it arrives within 24 hours. The GPX and printable poster are included. Contact hello@cityheart.run within 14 days for a refund.
