What a code is
One code = one person unlocks one gold-tier heart route: GPX for Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros or Strava, plus the shareable visual. No account, no app, no personal data required. Codes are valid 24 months, transferable, and unused codes roll over. Discovery from €390, City from €2,900, Territory from €19,000, or pay as you go at €9 per generated route. Frequently Asked Questions
- Can we run the heart route generator on our own website?
- Yes. The embedded widget runs the same routing algorithm inside your site, in your colours, locked to your territory. Visitors stay on your domain and a discreet "powered by CityHeart" line is the only trace.
- Are the routes generated by AI?
- No. Routes come from our own routing algorithm, not a generative AI model. Every kilometre follows a real, runnable street or path from OpenStreetMap data, and each candidate is scored on geometry and runnability before publication.
- Do you sell code packs or pay as you go?
- Prepaid code packs are the main offer, because public bodies and tourism offices buy once against an existing budget line rather than through a usage meter. Pay as you go, billed per route, stays available for agencies and one-off briefs.
- How are codes distributed?
- However suits your channel: a QR code on street signage, an email to race entrants, a link handed out at the visitor centre, or a code printed on a physical flyer. Each code unlocks a full route download for one person.
- Is there a self-serve checkout for organisations?
- No. Every pack is quoted so pricing, invoicing and procurement rules can be followed properly. Write to hello@cityheart.run and we respond within 48 hours.
